Jamie Means is our trainer and ranch manager, with over 28 years experience handling horses. Employing trust-centered and easy- mannered methods, Jamie trains each horse based on its own individual ability. By the time they leave the ranch our horses are ready for work duties or the show arena. We do offer training to the public on a very select basis. Spaces are limited so please contact us to see if we have an opening available. We charge $650 per month and require a three month minimum.
Jamie is also a gifted graphite artist having won numerous awards over the last several years. Each drawing takes between 200 and 400 hours to complete. Most subjects include the everyday life of the working cowboy with a special emphasis on the American quarter horse. His works have been featured at the Annual Charles M. Russell Museum and Auction and his originals and prints are available to the public. He has quickly gained acclaim as one of the finest graphite artists in the country.
